Emmanuel Eze, R.N., BSN, an adult inpatient psychiatry unit charge nurse at University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Behavioral Health, goes above and beyond to provide compassionate care and to be a positive boost for patients.
“I’ve always known I wanted to help people,” said Eze. “If I can get to work and just touch one person and make their day better, it makes me feel that much better.”
Eze brings an infectious attitude that helps brighten the day of his patients and team members. That is just one of the reasons why he is this month’s Sparrow Spotlight.
