Carry Klaver, a Patient Access Specialist at Sparrow Clinton Hospital, goes above and beyond to make sure every patient feels welcome and supported when they enter the Emergency Department.
“I help patients understand that we’re there for them during their difficult time,” said Carry. “I think it’s comforting to them knowing they are not just a number when they come here.”
Carry also spends her time volunteering at the hospital and even regularly brings in gifts to her fellow caregivers. These are just some reasons why Carry is this month’s Caregiver Spotlight.
