Ovid Woman turns to Cardiac Rehab Service at Sparrow Clinton

Gisselle Brohan, an Ovid resident, had just recovered from brain surgery and several strokes when she started to have a burning sensation in her chest. Little did she know, she needed a stent to increase blood flow to the heart.

After having the stent placed while living out of state, she has moved back to Michigan where she depends on the highly skilled team of therapists and leading-edge cardiac rehabilitation program at Sparrow Clinton Hospital to help her overcome the challenges of heart disease.

Led by a highly skilled team of specialized clinicians, our cardiac rehab program is tailored to improve patients’ heart health, strength, endurance, and education on better nutritional choices.
